Important design info – please read: Due to heat press size and production costs, I’m unable to print edge-to-edge or full-blanket designs. Your image and/or name will be printed at A4 size only, positioned neatly on the blanket.

    Please read carefully before placing your order.

    ❌ Personalised Items

    All items sold are made to order and personalised.

    Personalised items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless the item is faulty or an error has been made by us.

    Refunds or returns will NOT be accepted for:

    • Change of mind

    • Incorrect details or images supplied by the customer

    • Spelling errors approved at the time of ordering

    • Images not supplied or supplied late

    • Colour variations (screens vs printed results)

    • Delays caused by the customer failing to submit images

    Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled.

    ⚠️ Faulty or Damaged Items

    If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

    You must provide:

    • Clear photos of the item

    • Photos of the packaging

    • Your order number

    Claims made after 48 hours may not be accepted.

    If the fault is confirmed, we will offer:

    • A replacement or

    • A refund (at our discretion)

    📦 Returns (If Approved)

    Returns are only accepted if authorised.

    • Items must be unused and in original packaging

    • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty

    • We recommend tracked return shipping — lost returns are not our responsibility

    🚚 Shipping Issues

    • We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services once dispatched

    • No refunds for delayed delivery due to courier issues

    • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout are the customer’s responsibility

    🔒 Chargebacks & Disputes

    Fraudulent chargebacks or disputes on personalised items will be contested with:

    • Order records

    • Image submission records

    • Email correspondence

    • Proof of dispatch

    (Yes, we keep receipts.)

    ✅ Agreement

    By placing an order, you agree to this Refunds & Returns Policy.

    • Made to Order:All products are made to order and personalised. Production will only begin once your images and order number have been received by email.

    • Processing Time:Standard processing time is 3–5 working days, starting after image receipt, not after purchase. Weekends and bank holidays are excluded.

    • Image Submission Requirement:Images must be emailed with your order number clearly stated.Orders will remain on hold until images are received. Delays in sending images will delay dispatch.

    • Shipping Method:All orders are dispatched using a tracked delivery service. Tracking details will be provided once your order has shipped.

    • Delivery Times:Delivery times are estimates provided by the courier and are not guaranteed. I am not responsible for courier delays once the parcel has been dispatched.

    • Packaging & Handling:All items are securely packaged to minimise the risk of damage in transit. Glass items are wrapped and boxed with care.

    • Incorrect Addresses:Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses cannot be replaced or refunded.

    • Busy Periods:During peak periods (sales, holidays, school rushes), processing and delivery times may be slightly longer.
