2. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance. Once an order is placed and payment is received, it will be processed and made according to your specifications.
3. Payment
Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept Google pay, Apple pay, Credit/Debit cards, Klarna & Clearpay.
4. Refunds & Returns
Due to the custom nature of our tumblers, refunds are not offered once production has begun, unless the product is damaged or faulty. Proof of damage/fault must be provided to qualify for a replacement or refund.

5. Shipping
We ship orders via Royal Mail/Evri. Estimated delivery times are provided on our Shipping Policy page. While we aim to meet these times, we are not liable for delays caused by the carrier.

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, variations in colour, size, and appearance may occur due to the handmade nature of our tumblers.
