At TumblyByLaura, we take pride in crafting each tumbler with care and attention to detail. Due to the custom nature of our products, once an order has been made and the tumbler has been produced, we are unable to offer refunds.

We do, however, want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your tumbler arrives damaged or faulty, we will gladly provide a refund or replacement. Proof of the damage or fault must be provided, such as a clear photo showing the issue, so we can process your request.

Please inspect your tumbler upon delivery and contact us immediately if there are any issues. Refunds or replacements will only be issued for confirmed damaged or faulty items.
