Order Processing
Each tumbler is handmade with care, so please allow 1 business days for us to create and prepare your order before it’s shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship orders via Royal Mail/Evri. Delivery times are as follows:

• Standard Shipping: 3-5 working days 

• Express Shipping - 24/48 hours

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.

International Shipping
We currently do not ship internationally. If you are ordering from outside the UK, please contact us before placing your order.

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

Lost or Damaged Items
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at tumblybylaura@gmail.com. Proof of damage (photo) may be required to process a replacement or refund if eligible.

Because all tumblers are custom-made, we cannot offer refunds for changed minds after production has begun. Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.
